CHRISTMAS BY THE RIVERSIDE
Unwind this Christmas at the Waveney House Hotel, located in an idyllic spot alongside the River Waveney and overlooked by the Parish Church of St. Michael's in the delightful historic Suffolk town of Beccles. The Hotel, dating back to 1540, has recently been completely renovated to a very high standard. Twelve ensuite bedrooms, all individually designed and some with exposed beams, are the perfect place to relax in comfort. Head Chef Simon Woodward and his team have planned a wide range of delicious festive food sourced mainly from local suppliers. The Management and their team will be on hand to look after your every need.

CHRISTMAS EVE
Arrive any time after 1pm. Take your time to unpack and explore the hotel. Cream tea will be served in the Waveney Suite Bar between 4-5pm. At 7pm return to the Waveney Suite Bar to meet your fellow guests and members of the management team, and enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapes. Dinner will be served in the Staithe Restaurant at 8pm. Following dinner, guests are free to wander around the town, attend Midnight Mass or just relax in the bar and enjoy a festive nightcap.
CHRISTMAS DAY
Meet in the main bar overlooking the River Waveney at 9am for a glass of Bucks Fizz before breakfast which will be served at 9.30am, a festive offering from our team of chefs. The remainder of the morning is set aside for your own personal use. At 12.45pm drinks and canapes will be served in the Waveney Suite Bar followed by a five course Chirstmas Day lunch in the Staithe Restaurant.
For those feeling peckish, afternoon tea will be available at 5pm in the Waveney Suite Bar. The Management team will be awaiting your arrival in the same room at 7pm for a glass or two of festive cheer and canapes prior to a festive buffet supper at 8pm ......... and so to bed!
BOXING DAY
Following a good nights sleep, our chefs will be waiting to serve a wholesome breakfast from 8.30am-10am accompanied by a glass of Bucks Fizz. Lunch will be served in the Staithe Resturant at 1pm. The afternoon is free, possibly a walk to the Beccles Quay or a drive into the delightful seaside town of Southwold, just 13 miles away.
Tea will be served at 4.30pm. At 7pm time to meet everyone for cocktails in the Waveney Suite Bar. Dinner will be served at 8pm with musical accompaniment throughout the meal.

TUESDAY 27TH DECEMBER
A hearty breakfast will be served at 8.30am, last orders 9.45am. To facilitate fond farewells with new found friends, coffee will be available in Reception between 10am and 11am. We request that you depart by 11.15am. You may wish to extend your stay with us, please see our rates below.
The Christmas Package as described above includes all meals and drinks as specified, entertainment and VAT. Service is not included. All rooms will be supplied with fresh fruit, bottled water and a bottle of wine upon arrival. A newspaper of your choice, when published will also be included in the price. A deposit of £200 is required when making a reservation and is not refundable after November 1st. Full payment is required by December 1st.
